Day eight - with Derek

Today I went to school way too early in the morning than I wanted to. We sat in on 4 different English classes. We were supposed to give our presentation, but the teacher said she wanted us to talk to the French students individually instead. It was pretty nice, since everyone I talked to was very accepting and found Alaska interesting. After school I ate at the cafeteria, which was way fancier than ours is. I wasn’t too hungry, so I just asked for chicken. However the chef jokingly said chicken without vegetables was wrong, so he piled a bunch on my plate. I couldn’t eat it all, but it was all very delicious. Afterwards we walked around the mall and then we went to the beach. I didn’t go in the water because I didn’t think it was hot enough, so I played cards instead. Then I came back to the house and dropped dead.
